Last Tuesday we arrived at our Gilbert residence facing a major water leaking problem. We found you ad in the phone book and called your company.  In just a few hours, your Jonathan and Duane were at our door. They were most helpful and efficient in tracing the leaks to three water closets.  We very much appreciated
the prompt and courteous response from these fine technicians as we had anticipated being without water for several days.

I am writing to express my overall satisfaction with the job two of your employees completed on my residence.  From the original call placed I was astounded how polite and courteous the individual was on the telephone. He stated that he could get someone out right away, however the truck with the proper equipment for my type of problem would be ready first thing in the morning.  The next morning Mario and Justin walked me through my problem and came up with an answer. I was astounded by the way they carried themselves as well
as how clean they were. Not only did they lay down a mat on my floor but wore shoe protectors to make sure that my floor would not get dirty.  I was continually please as they cleaned up the mess the previous plumber made the day before, as well as fixed the problem that no other technician would touch in the Valley.  Again, I appreciate the job both your employees

Dear Empire:

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Empire Plumbing for the outstanding service and workmanship done at my home recently.

As you know I completely restored the inside of my home including the bathrooms. Since my home is an older, custom, block home you can't imagine the problems we faced throughout the entire project as
a result of uneven floors, improper framing, and poor overall construction.  The good news is your company was able to overcome many of these problems with ease.

From the first call, I was impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and promptness which Empire handled my request for an estimate. When Steven & Robert showed up, they were able to answer all of
my questions and I felt comfortable with not only the estimate but Empire's ability to do the job right with a sound guarantee. Your estimate was about middle price from the three quotes I obtained for installing a new shower, tub surround, and valves I had ordered
from a local Lowe's store.

Shortly after the visit for the estimate, my new Sterling shower, tub surround and valves came in and we set up an appointment.  For the second time Empire was right on time as they promised to be.

Dane came in, assessed the work and dove right in. He was very knowledgeable about moving the drains in the floor to their correct spot so the new shower and tub would fit correctly and be leak free. I explained to Dane that the walls he must work with were not
square and that the floors were not close to level. I expressed how  worried I was about this affecting his ability to set the shower and  tub so that when I replaced the drywall and install the door systems,
I would have plumb surfaces to work with and no chances of cracks years down the road.  Dane confidently assured me that he would do
 his best and I would be happy with the installation of the new products.

Very quickly I could tell that Dane was meticulous in his planning of the work and the reset of the drains. Dane took the time to explain to be why he was doing certain things and asked for my help when he needed something to make the install just right. During the tub install, Dane found that setting the tub came easy but pacing the downspout and the valve in the shower was not.  To my surprise, Dane took the time to try three different ways to set the downspout and valve before
he was confident that that the quality of the job met Empire's standards and mine. To me, that is where Empire set themselves apart from other
plumbers I have dealt with in the past. Empire placed quality over profit!

But the story does not stop with one quality job. To save money I contracted other plumbing throughout the house to a discount contractor on the easier work such as the sink and toilets. Throughout my remodel
I had to call this contractor countless times due to "no shows" and other excuses which delayed my job substantially. In the end, this discount contractor failed to show up with over a weeks notice to set my toilets
on a Friday afternoon. As a result, I had to inconvenience my neighbors for two days as the company I originally hired failed to perform the work
as they promised, when they promised.

Clearly angry with the discount plumber. I immediately turned again to Empire for help.  Monday morning Steve and Robert showed up as promised to set the pedestal sink, and set two much needed toilets.  As usual, the work was done flawlessly.

I cannot tell you how pleased I am with your company and the quality of work you perform. Your professionalism and service is the best I have
ever seen in your field and far exceeded what I got from any of the other seven contractors which were hired for the remodeling of my home. 

I have learned that using discount plumbers gets you poor service and inconvenience. Your prices are very reasonable for the outstanding quality of work and prompt courteous service you provide.

Please post this letter where your customers can see it in your office as a testimonial from a very picky and very satisfied customer that Empire is a "Class A" operation! I would also like to off this letter to any of your
prospective customers as a reference to the work that you did.
